YIELD
A small quantity of Polyanionic Cellulose gives high yield. One ton of PAC will produce about 2,800 barrels of 15 - centipoises mud in fresh water. Thus an ultra low solid system is maintained at all times. This promotes rapid penetration, good whole conditions and economy.
FILTER CAKE PAC Gives a thin slick tough filter cake that helps prevent sticking of drill pipe.
CLAY PARTICLES PAC is absorbed on the clay particles and reduces water loss, cake thickness and solids invasion.
PAC protects, clays from flocculation and reduces the effects of the contamination.
USING COMBINATION'S OF POLYANIONIC CELLULOSE REGULAR AND LOW VISCOSITY Used together in appropriate proportion regular and low viscosity of PAC combines to enhance the properties of mud. Polyanionic Cellulose Regular, the longer chain polymer gives the better inhabitation and water loss control than PAC low viscosity grade. A small amount of PAC low viscosity is admixed to a high solids mud to improve viscosity control. Regular PAC than added, good inhabiting and water loss control is attained without increasing viscosity. | |

PACKING AND STORAGE
Polyanionic Cellulose is supplied in 25 Kilo net weights HDPE - polylined sacks with extra liner inside. It should be stored in the dry under which conditions it can be kept indefinitely. | |
